Today was a very exciting day at school because the ELS Book Bus came to visit! The Reception children were especially excited because it was their very first visit to the Book Bus.

The children took some of our reading books that were ready to be swapped. As they stepped onto the bus, they saw the shelves filled with colourful books, exciting stories, and wonderful adventures waiting to be discovered.

The Reception children enjoyed looking through the many different books and choosing new stories to bring back to school. There were books about animals, friendship, adventures, and magical places. Everyone searched carefully to find a story they would love.

After swapping their books, the children returned to class full of excitement. They couldn't wait to look through their new stories and share them with their friends and teachers.

The Reception children loved their first visit to the ELS Book Bus and are already looking forward to the next one. They cannot wait to read and share their new stories together in class, discovering new characters, adventures, and favourite books along the way.
