A huge congratulations to the first winners of our ‘Shine Award’. These awards are given to children who have shone in their learning over the past two weeks.

Class 3—Tyrus—for being a fabulous role model.

Class 4—Thomas—for giving 100% effort in his work and always showing beautiful listening.

Class 5—Olivia—for always shining by being a great example to everyone in the class.

Class 6—Maddison—for always doing the right thing and always sitting nicely and answering questions.

Class 7—Thomas—for always making the right choices and being a role model for others in the classroom.

Class 8—Amelia—for being an absolute superstar every second of every day; being eager to learn and being the perfect example to others.

Class 9—Lennon—for taking care of his presentation and supporting others during their first swimming lesson.

Class 10—Katie—for always smiling and always being ready to learn. Her attitude to learning shines through! She is an all-round star!

Class 11—Freddie—for being an excellent role model for the class and always doing the right thing.

Class 12— Evie—for her enthusiasm for learning and determination to do her best in all of her work. She is a great role model for her peers.

Class 13—Jiaying—for her superb attitude to her learning and her life in Year 6.

Class 14—Scarlett H—for constantly having her hand up to participate in lessons, she gives 100% effort to all of her work and is a fantastic friend to those around her. She is a brilliant member of class 14.

We will be celebrating our other values – ‘growth’, ‘kindness’ and ‘together’ over the coming weeks. We encourage you to ask your child what they have done to ‘grow’ in school as a learner and also as a person.
