We have loved seeing our Egyptian Queens, Pharaohs, Mummies, Archeologists and Explorers today in Year 3. 

After learning all about the Ancient Egyptian's we've really enjoyed spending the day imagining what life would have been like in Ancient Egypt.

We started the day with some Egyptian dancing in our classroom and have been taking part in Egyptian activities all day. We really enjoyed mummifying our teddies - you can see some pictures of what we've been up to in the slideshow today.

We also enjoyed our Egyptian food tasting this afternoon, where we had the opportunity to sample melons, bananas, pitta breads, breadsticks and hummus.
